In the Republican Primary coverage, I hear so much talk about electability. Why would you want to sellout yourself? Should you not be voting for a candidate that most closely supports you political views, at least in the primary? If your candidate didn't win, then you are "stuck" voting for a candidate that may be close, but not agree with you.
This argument also pertains to parties that are not red or blue. If you agree with a party or philosophy of a party or candidate, what is the purpose of selling out your principles and voting based on electability?
